Purpose of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessments
EP Wind Project (Rom) Six SRL, a company of EP Global Energy (EPGE) plans to construct an 80MW wind energy project near Chirnogeni in Constanţa County in the Dobrogea region of Romania. The project also includes rehabilitation of 42 kilometres of a 110kV transmission line by the state-owned transmission company. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is considering providing financing up to EUR 91.2mln for construction and operation of the project.
