Independent Project Accountability Mechanism (IPAM)

The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is now the Independent Project Accountability Mechanism (IPAM). IPAM is the independent accountability mechanism of the EBRD. It receives and reviews concerns raised by Project-affected people and civil society organisations about Bank-financed Projects, which are believed to have caused harm. 

 

To submit an environmental or social complaint

You can submit your complaint using:

  • Mail to:

You can also mail or deliver your Request to any EBRD Resident Office, and ask that it be forwarded to IPAM.
