Independent Project Accountability Mechanism (IPAM)

The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is now the Independent Project Accountability Mechanism (IPAM). IPAM is the independent accountability mechanism of the EBRD. It receives and reviews concerns raised by Project-affected people and civil society organisations about Bank-financed Projects, which are believed to have caused harm.
