A typical project lasts 12-18 months. As an adviser on our project, you can expect to travel, on average, every second month for around a week. Each visit from the adviser is supplemented by visit minutes, which outline the actions for the company and actions for the adviser to take in the time between visits. At the end of the project, the team prepares a final report – not only reflecting on the work that has been done, but providing a roadmap to guide the client further and ensure that the recommendations are implemented after the end of the project.
Our advisers also bring their own extensive networks of business contacts, often providing connections that result in supplier/buyer and partner relationships and open up new markets.
