Projects financed by the EBRD generate many tendering opportunities for goods, public works and associated services, as well as consultant services.
From 1 January 2020, all Procurement Notices posted by EBRD Clients for EBRD Loan or EBRD Administered Grant financed contracts for goods, works and consultancy services will only be published using EBRD’s Client eProcurement Portal – ECEPP. Suppliers and consultants wishing to access and respond to these business opportunities must first register in ECEPP. Some notices may still be re-published on ebrd.com for an interim period.

EBRD Procurement Policy and Advisory Department
The Procurement Policy and Advisory Department (PPAD) is the custodian of the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules that provides the framework for procurement and implementation of contracts procured by our clients which are financed in whole or in part by EBRD (including EBRD administered grants).
PPAD advises on actions to be taken by the Bank and its clients, to ensure that the tendering and contracting which takes place as part of a bank operation, fully complies with the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules (PP&R) and Related Bank Policies and that project implementation risks are minimised. PPAD provides quality assurance for the project procurement process and develops standard procurement and contract documents in cooperation with other international organisations. It also carries out procurement policy dialogue with the authorities in EBRD Countries of Operations to promote procurement as an efficient transition tool. PPAD runs numerous capacity development projects in cooperation with other institutions.
