Livestream EBRD Conference in Budapest on financing growth and innovation

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is livestreaming three events from its Budapest conference on Financing Growth and Innovation today 10 November. The conference explores how to reinvigorate growth, competitiveness and investment in the EU member states where the EBRD invests.

Video streaming of the following sessions are available live and will be available to watch on demand later:

  • Opening addresses by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and EBRD President Sir Suma Chakrabarti.
  • High level panel:  Reinvigorating Growth, Competitiveness and Investment  with participation of Rosen Plevneliev, President of Bulgaria; Valdis Dombrovskis, Vice President of the European Commission and Suma Chakrabarti, EBRD President.
  • Growth and Inclusion – Lessons from 25 Years of Transition in which EBRD Chief Economist Sergei Guriev will present the findings of the latest Transition Report and discuss the region’s growth and inequalities challenges.
