As the Financial Report 2013 demonstrates, the EBRD maintains a robust capital position, high levels of liquidity and enjoys the strong support of its members.
The Bank continues to be rated AAA or equivalent, with a stable outlook, by all three major rating agencies.
The report includes the approved and audited financial statements (required to be submitted under Article 27 of the Agreement Establishing the Bank and Section 13 of its By-Laws), as well as additional reporting and disclosures on the EBRD’s corporate governance and structure.
