The Financial Report 2017 demonstrates why the EBRD continues to be rated AAA or equivalent, with a stable outlook, by all three major rating agencies. The Bank maintains a robust capital position, high levels of liquidity and enjoys the strong support of its members.
The Financial Report includes the approved and audited financial statements (required to be submitted under Article 27 of the Agreement Establishing the Bank and Section 13 of its By-Laws), as well as additional reporting and disclosures on the EBRD’s risk management, corporate governance and structure.
