The 15th Annual International Conference on Real Estate Development is central annual gathering of investors in commercial real estate and other industries that are related to real estate and construction in the European Union, Western Balkans Region and wider. Participants of the Conference are CEOs, board members, directors and senior managers of companies that participate in the commercial real estate and commercial property development projects. Lawyers, architects, contractors, users of commercial real estate, consultants and many others are also participating on our Conferences.
The EBRD has pleasure for the fifth year running to be an institutional partner of the event that will this year be opened by Martino Stierli, Chief Curator of Architecture and Design and The Museum of Modern Art, New York (MoMA) and leading international real estate investors, developers and commercial banks active in Central and South East Europe.
EBRD Managing Director for Industry, Commerce and Agribusiness, Jean-Marc Peterschmitt and Director of Property and Tourism, Vlaho Kojakovic will give insight on EBRD financing and project developments in 37 EBRD’s countries of operations where the Bank investment in real estate market is €125 billion in total.
Croatia became a country of operations of the EBRD in April 1993 to support the country’s recovery from its economic and financial crisis after Balkans’ conflicts. The conference in Zagreb will include an outlook on the EBRD’s activities in Croatia and Western Balkans region.
