Project summary documents (PSDs) contain project descriptions, financial details, client information, environmental issues, tender guidelines, and contact details.
PSDs are disclosed for each project prior to Board consideration as outlined in the Public Information Policy. PSDs for private sector projects are disclosed at least 30 days prior to Board consideration and for state sector projects, at least 60 days.
Deals typically take three to six months from initial contact to signing. In some cases, however, this can be shorter. The total project cycle, from initiation to repayment, can range from 1 to 15 years.
Projects are screened at an early stage for potential environmental impact and PSDs indicate each project's environmental category. The EBRD determines what environmental investigation and public consultation is needed before Concept Review or Structure Review.
