Ten years of legal transition: In the ten years since the collapse of Communism legal reform has had to deal with many issues not seen in other contexts. A model law on secured transactions, the development of legal assessments of each of its countries of operation and publishing of journals like this one which detail developments throughout the region are but three for the LTP.
