Abstract

The EBRD’s TurnAround Management (TAM) and Business Advisory Services (BAS) Programme consists of complementary schemes that aim to help private enterprises to adapt to the demands of a market economy. While TAM has a broad approach focusing on substantial managerial and structural changes within the company, BAS supports projects with narrowly defined objectives and a rapid pay-back.
