Implementation Requirements
As part of the due diligence, an Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) has been prepared covering the required actions for issues related to the investment programme. The ESAP includes the organisational responsibilities for implementation of the ESAP and mitigation actions to be taken before and during construction, and operation. The ESAP has to be agreed with the Company prior to Board, and needs to be included in the legal agreements.
