A proposed €17.0 million loan to the City of Lodz to be used to upgrade sections of the Pan-European Corridor VI located within the city and the municipal streets leading to it. The loan proceeds would be used to finance the upgrading of sections of the Pan-European Corridor VI located within the City of Lodz. There would also be the development and implementation of a "best value" approach to the provision of street management services.

Street management services are currently provided by municipal entities. This project will help to achieve better value through out-sourcing.
