The Corporate Procurement Unit (CPU) is responsible for obtaining all goods, works and services necessary for the effective operation of the Bank's Headquarters and network of Resident Offices across the region.
We purchase a wide range of good and services for internal use, from infrastructure upgrades, IT equipment and office consumables to outsourced catering, cleaning and printing services.
The CPU also produces the Annual Corporate Procurement Review:
The Corporate Procurement Policy and Procedures (CPPPs) set out the Bank's rules for obtaining goods, works and services for its Headquarters Operation and for its Resident Offices funded by its own administrative budget.
The Corporate Procurement Policy was approved by the Board of Directors in May 2009 and updated in January 2014.
