Goods/Works/Supply and Installation/Services contracts awards information in projects financed or administered by the EBRD.

• Details of contracts procured in accordance with the EBRD's Procurement Policies and Rules (PP&R) signed in 2011 and recorded after the publication of the Bank's 2011 Annual Procurement Review, as well as 2012 signed contracts to date.  Contracts signed before the publication of the 2010 Annual Procurement Review are available in the above section.

• Details of Awards, as per “Instructions to Tenderers” paragraph 35: “Notification of Awards”, contained in the “Harmonised Tender Document” used by our clients for the procurement of goods, works and associated services in projects financed by the EBRD.
  
  Following publication of these details, unsuccessful tenderers may request in writing to the Employer for a debriefing seeking explanation on the grounds on which their Tenders were not selected. The Employer shall promptly respond in writing to any unsuccessful tenderer who, after Publication of contract award, requests a debriefing.
