Technical Cooperation (formerly known as Consultancy Services Unit - CSU)
Technical Cooperation (TC) is responsible for the selection and engagement of consultants for the Bank and Technical Co-operation funded contracts. TC ensures compliance with the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules for Bank and Technical Co-operation funded contracts. eSelection
The EBRD's eSelection application provides consultants with a single point of entry into our consultant procurement system. You can register for e-mail alerts regarding new consulting opportunities in sectors of interest, express interest directly, submit technical and financial proposals and monitor progress in the selection process on a given tender. In some cases, Consultants can also submit their CVs to the EBRD in anticipation of future projects that might be relevant to them.
