Building stronger businesses: The TurnAround Management (TAM) and Business Advisory Services (BAS) Programme
The EBRD’s TurnAround Management (TAM) and Business Advisory Services (BAS) Programme consists of complementary schemes that aim to help private enterprises to adapt to the demands of a market economy. While TAM has a broad approach focusing on substantial managerial and structural changes within the company, BAS supports projects with narrowly defined objectives and a rapid pay-back.
