PCM register
The register provides details of the complaints registered by the PCM Officer since 2010, charting their progress through the Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM).
Complaints registered before 2010 were assessed under the provisions of the PCM’s predecessor, the Independent Recourse Mechanism (IRM).They can be found in the IRM Register.
