On Tuesday and Wednesday, 20 and 21 March 2018, the EBRD will be hosting the 12th Annual DFI Corporate Governance Conference, to gather representatives from the DFIs that have signed the Corporate Governance Framework (CGDF), discuss what is being done to promote corporate governance with investee companies and identify priorities for the next year.
The EBRD is a founding member of this initiative.
The first day (20 March) is open to outside guests and aims to introduce new corporate governance trends and developments and build bridges with the investment and governance communities.
The second day (21 March) is open to the representatives of DFIs only and will focus on progresses with the CGDF implementation by various DFIs.
The format of the conference is meant to be very interactive: guest speakers will introduce topics for discussion and there will be plenty of time for questions and interventions by participants.
