Visit to EBRD by the King of the Belgians Albert II
His Majesty Albert II, King of the Belgians, will be visiting the EBRD on Tuesday, 18 November 2003. His Majesty will meet with EBRD President Jean Lemierre, Board members and senior staff to discuss the activities of the Bank, the investment potential in central and eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States and the cooperation between Belgium’s private and public sector and the EBRD. His Majesty will be accompanied by the Minister of Finance and EBRD Governor, Didier Reynders.
There will be a photo opportunity at 10.30hrs (GMT) on Tuesday 18 November, when His Majesty and President Lemierre will sign the guest book in the lobby at the Bank’s headquarters: 1 Exchange Square, London, EC2A 2JN.
President Lemierre and Minister Reynders will hold a press conference at 12:30hrs (GMT) in room 810 after the working meeting between the Belgian delegation and EBRD representatives.
