Compliance

The EBRD's Office of the Chief Compliance Officer promotes good governance and ensures that the highest standards of integrity are applied to all activities of the Bank in accordance with international best practice. In particular, it deals with conflicts of interest, corruption, confidentiality and money laundering. The Office is responsible for procedures governing the ethical behaviour of Bank officials, employees and consultants, and it conducts investigations on alleged staff misconduct. It also sets the standards of integrity that the Bank expects of its business partners.

Anyone can submit a report by calling the Compliance Hotline or by sending a written report.
