Submitting a proposal for a renewable energy project

The EBRD encourages renewable energy project developers and sponsors to submit projects for possible financing. Please submit questions and proposals to renewables@ebrd.com.

Your proposal should contain the following information:

Company information

1. Name of company.

2. Company website.

3. Brief description of company.

Contact information

4. Name of primary contact person, along with address, country, phone, mobile phone, email address.

5. Name of secondary contact person, along with address, country, phone, mobile phone, email address.

Project description

6. Project country.

7. Project address.

8. Project technology.

9. Equipment supplier.

10. Electrical capacity (MWe).

11. Thermal capacity (MWth).

12. Estimated project cost.

13. What kind of financing is sought from EBRD (equity, loan, guarantees, etc.)?

14. Will the project qualify as JI/CDM? Please specify qualification?

15. Please describe the general status of the project.

16. Please provide a general description of the project.

17. Please include any additional relevant documentation with your proposal to highlight project features, development status (e.g. copies of consents and off-take agreements).
