If you wish to discuss an investment proposal, it is best to contact us as early as possible in the design phase in order for you to know if EBRD can support you with your project. Typically, the process from first contact to signing of project documentation takes three months.

If the project is too small for the EBRD to finance directly, we can provide information about alternative sources of financing, such as regional venture funds and local funds.
