Montenegro Investment Forum, 3 June 2008 at EBRD headquarters
Promoting the Bar-Boljare Highway Project in Montenegro
Montenegro, the pearl of the Adriatic, is a country rich in history, scenic beauty and economic promise. Independent since 2006, Montenegro has attracted impressive numbers of foreign investors, further underscoring the country’s economic potential.
Meet HE Milo Djukanovic, Prime Minister of Montenegro, and other government officials and learn about the infrastructure investment opportunities opening up across the state. Montenegro will soon be initiating a PPP arrangement for the 170 km Bar-Boljare Highway Project, estimated to cost around €2 billion, which will eventually join a highway planned for Serbia. Presentations by the government and other financial and infrastructure experts will form part of this unique networking event.
