The EBRD's involvement in Estonia focuses primarily on three areas: deepening the capital markets through provision of equity and intermediate capital financing to the private sector, supporting the structuring of public-private partnerships (PPP), and promoting regional cooperation between the Baltic States and neighbouring countries.
