How to register as a TAM adviser(Japanese version)  (0.1Mb)

The TAM programme is growing, and there is a continuous need to expand its pool of highly motivated senior industrial advisers (SIAs) who enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of sharing their expertise with the management of companies learning to survive in the new market oriented economies of Eastern Europe. To qualify as an SIA with the TAM programme you must fit the following profile.

Senior Adviser criteria:

• Minimum 15 years hands-on industry specific experience in senior executive positions
• Background in any industry sector, except military products/services, gambling, tobacco or hard liquor
• Good interpersonal skills:
  - Ability to transfer know-how to the management of the assisted enterprise
  - Ability to work diplomatically in ambiguous situations
  - Ability to work effectively in a small team of equals
• Experience of working in multicultural environments
• Flexibility in terms of travel (projects can start quickly) and physically fit for travel in the EBRD region (including very remote regions)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  

Specialist criteria:

• Same as above, but without necessarily 15 years experience at senior executive level
• Specialization in a particular business segment
